Every September four volunteer graduate carers are recruited for the academic year. They receive full board and lodging and a generous allowance. Full training is given to enable them as a team to assist the disabled students in college and run the house. The valuable experience they gain is an ideal qualification for CQSW or Dip. SW. Casual work is also available on the Independence at College Scheme such as note-taking, personal care, etc. To apply, get in contact.
